CARN BARRA VASE - ILONA SEMENIUK

Carn bara organic form vase named after a large sea cave on the Cornish coast and hand built by our artist in residence Ilona Semeniuk. Based on the Cornish coast Ilona takes inspiration from her natural environment. Made by hand in her studio in Cornwall this organic shaped vase is a one of a kind piece crafted from stoneware which has a textured matt appearance, reminiscent of the surface of rough rocks with a grey glaze to the neck and inside which makes this vase watertight and suitable for flowers.

This is a handcrafted piece. Pieces may have very subtle imperfections. We embrace these as part of the items inherent beauty and the manner in which they were crafted.
